All Steaks Served with béarnaise Sauce on Request.  From Our Wood Burning Grill All Steaks, Filet Mignon, Chicken and Ribs are cooked in our brick fire pit over Black Jack Oak logs that we have trucked in from Northern Florida by the Semi load.

Chicken breast is marinated in a Caribbean herb sauce of garlic, parsley, oregano, olive oil and seasonings and wood grilled. Served with black beans & saffron rice, mango glazed sweet plantains and a house salad.
